At VREKA, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we encourage customers to carefully review their order details, size selection, and shipping information before completing their purchase.

## Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

* The product arrives damaged.
* The product received is incorrect.
* The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

## Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Incorrect size selected by the customer.
* Change of mind after purchase.
* Minor color variations caused by screen settings.
* Normal wear and tear.

## Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

* The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
* Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

## Replacements

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled because each item is made specifically for the customer.
